RE International is an organization committed to restoring lives and rebuildingcommunities by addressing the physical, emotional, economic and social needs ofmen, women and children caught in the cycles of poverty and injustice.
Programs:
Promised Land Children’s Villageexists to place orphans and destitute children in permanent, loving families.We offer a holistic approach to foster care that not only advocates for thechild but also seeks to support foster parents, equip social workers andtransform communities.
Our vision is to see every childplaced in a loving, caring home. Our goal is to be a short-term care facilityfocused on enabling children, specifically orphans and destitute children, toreach their fullest, God-given potential. We believe that providing qualitycare, resources and training will not only transform the individual lives ofthese children, but their foster families and communities as well. The dynamicsof our mission are:
•providephysical, educational, emotional and ethical support to orphans/destitutechildren waiting for placement
•provideinitial and ongoing practical and emotional support to adoptive and foster careparents
•research,develop and deliver curriculum to train social workers/care providers workingwith children/parents
•raisecommunity awareness on the rights and value of children
