Mission: The mission of ranger road is to bring veterans together through extraordinary experiences by empowering the transition to the next chapter of their life
Programs: Annual skydiving event - this event is a unique one day event during which ranger road brings the veteran community together to skydive, drive tanks, and fly helicopters. This event encourages the civilian community to come together and support veterans, bridging the current gap between veterans and non-veterans. Veterans of all ability levels can enjoy and use this event to overcome physical, mental, and emotional wounds. In addition to the physical benefit, this event raises public awareness as to the challenges our veterans face daily. Ranger road provides sponsorships to some of these veterans, allowing them to participate in the skydiving activity at no cost to them.
ranger road wellness - the wellness activities are activities designed to reduce stress, combat depression, and promote an overall active lifestyle. Ranger road accomplishes this by organizing the activities and encouraging participation with veterans and other community members. Ranger road currently offers a host of programs to assist veterans in every stage of recovery. Some of the focus areas include but are not limited to sports, fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Ranger road endeavors daily to develop and grow a multi-faceted, comprehensive program to assist any veteran that needs help acclimating back into civilian life and transitioning out of military life.
night pig hunt - this hunt is a unique two night hunting excursion during which ranger road sponsors wounded veteran participation. During this event, veterans are able to use hunting and camaraderie to overcome physical, mental, and emotional wounds.
