Mission: Pyramid Autism Center is designed to serve the needs of children and families touched by autism through the design and delivery of innovative educational and support services. Our mission includes facilitating alignment of both private and public stakeholders in the autism education space. Autism is the third most prevalent developmental disability in the United States, affecting over 500,000 individuals. In Southern California alone there are over 2,000 children diagnosed with autism. A recent study suggested that autism cases in California nearly doubled over the past four years impacting more than 20,000 individuals. More so than ever - organizations like PAC are becoming critical to support this devastating disorder that is more prominent than almost all disabilities.
