Causes: Education, Parent & Teacher Groups
Mission: To enrich the education of the student body of ps 130; to support existing programs and to implement additional extra-curricular activities and programs that enhance the education opportunities for the students attending ps 130.
Programs: Supplementing school budget expenditures not paid for by new york city, including equipments and supplies used by school and students, equipment lease payments, maintenance for school equipments, etc.
after school programs and student extracurricular activities, including cost for lessons, field trips, shows, chorus, drum & fife corp, tournaments, clubs, etc.
appreciation awards to teachers, achievement awards to students and holiday gifts to teachers and students. Refreshments and luncheons for conferences and meetings among teachers, students and parents.
