Programs: Provide case management, transportation, and food assistance to individuals who are hiv positive or living with aids within brevard, st. Lucie, indian river, martin and okeechobee counties. These services include, but are not limited to, providing assistance to clients coping with this disease as it relates to navigating the health care system, drug assistance, access to food pantry and transportation to medical visits.
