Mission: Advancing women's empowerment in africa through international volunteerism in the areas of health, literacy, and micro finance.
Programs: Literacy - partnered with rongo university and african library project to establish libraries in homa bay and migori counties in southwest kenya. In may 2017 we facilitated the acceptance and transport of 32,000 books and helped to open 32 school libraries.
volunteerism - our organization identifies specific short-term healthcare, literacy and micro finance projects staffed by skilled professional volunteers. Several times a year volunteers travel rusinga island, kenya and livingstone, zambia to provide services including prenatal care, literacy, and micro finance.
