Programs: Project ho:pe africa is about empowering relationships that lead to transformation. This is realized differently for each person and circumstance using the letters ho:pe as our guide- h- helping o- others by p-providing e-encouragement we are actively involved in the lives of south african individuals and communities thru skills development that creates sustainability. Specific partnerships that have developed from these relationships are: -a community training garden that is used for as the training foundation to empower twelve home gardens to date. -partnering with the school to start training grade 11 & 12 the ability to garden. -partnering with the community day care center in providing ipads for the children's development, fence for their protection, toilets and kitchen. Working with the volunteer teachers in skill improvement and development. -partnering with the community for an annual winter school for 200 children that teaches the love of learning and life skills.
