Mission: To assist individuals with disabilities to gain and to sustain employment.
Programs: Abilityone direct placements: individuals with significant disabilities, who would otherwise be unable to sustain competitive employment, are eligible to receive services through our partnership with the federal abilityone program. Project hired directly employs call center telephone operators at veterans administration medical centers in palo alto, san francisco, and fresno. As part of the program, our career coaches work with the client's doctor to create an accommodations assessment. This assessment identifies the job seeker's unique accommodation and work restriction needs to assure that the organization provides them with a dynamic and sustainable workplace. We strive to create a process that mirrors the traditional employment process. 31 people were served.
