Causes: Job Training, Sheltered Employment
Mission: To improve the quality of life for individuals with mental retardation by providing long-term, dignified employment, and a foundation for quality social interaction while meeting or exceeding our customers' performance standards.
Programs: Disabled individuals who are unable to compete for jobs in the "normal" labor market or who need close supervision, less pressure, etc. Workers do move to competitive employment when feasible. Average number of employees served 107.
