Angelsbearinggifts is an all volunteer organization that remembers people in Santa Barbara County who have disabilities and have no family members. We rely on volunteers from our community to shop, wrap and deliver personalised gifts to more than 200 recipients every Xmas. We also remember them on Valentine's Day and their birthdays. All this is made possible as we have a hardworking volunteer board and staff. Most of our funding is from our biannual letters of appeal. Our recipients live on limited incomes and look forward to having their personal "wish list" fulfilled in addition to having personal contacts. Their requests include new shirts, pants, music, underwear, toiletries, arts and crafts.This is a small very important nonprofit that is very local and helps the most forgotten members in our community.. A little goes a long way with our fabulous hardworking board members!
