advocacy: pgno maintains a neutral position regarding gambling and gambling expansion, however, we do advocate to ensure that any gambling expansion includes components to ensure protection from ohio citizens, such as age verification, voluntary exclusion, and resources to support prevention and treatment services.
quality assurance: pgno conducts monthly quality assurance calls to the ohio problem gambling helpline to ensure that the resources and referrals are most appropriate for the callers.
