training: intense course designed to certify qualified public safety personnel (police, ems, security) to operate bicycles in the line of duty in a manner which enhances their safety and operational effectiveness. Courses range from operator to instructor level and mission-specific public safety cycling operations. Includes training materials.
raising public awareness about the use of bikes for public safety and making public safety cyclists and their agencies aware of the available training programs and resources.
