My mom is over 70 yes old and during COVID my family really struggled to make ends meet. They assisted her with getting on programs to help pay her rent and utilities. Ms. Pat came and followed up until my mom was completely taken care of. We never spent a dime for her time. The young man over the phone was very polite and patient when working with us as well.
