Mission: To help those challenged by chronic mental illness progress in their recovery by providing individualized and innovative treatments throughout life in a supportive community of families and professionals.
Programs: The organization provides support and advocacy services to persons suffering from serious mental illness and other disabling conditions and to families of those persons, including developing socialization and independence skills on the part of the clients. Services include individual, family and group work as well as family education. Additionally, the organization provides alternative housing options to those benefiting from an assisted living environment. The organization works with individuals to improve physical health, eliminate unhealthy habits, enjoy social activities and develop employment related skills. Members participate in programming which includes wellness education, water aerobics, basketball, art therapy, lunch and dinner club, and other socialization activities.
