Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: Plan nj's mission is to answer the question, "who will care for my loved one when i'm gone? " our statewide non-profit organization serves people with developmental, psychiatric and physical disabilities. See part iii section 4.
Programs: Provide solutions to families concerned about the future lifetime care and quality of life of a loved one with a severe chronic disability. Services include assistance with future planning, advocacy, monitoring of care, guardianship, and fiduciary services, as well as services to anyone with a severe, chronic disability, including serious mental illness.
