Mission: To provide a means for sharing resources and information among members, engage in joint projects, and offer a common voice on educational matters.
Programs: Pche represents, by common voice, the joint opinion of the pittsburgh area's universities and colleges on educational issues as the council may wish to address. Pche's programs allow for the exchange of information among member institutions thereby expanding opportunities and conserving resources where two or more member institutions cooperate.
