Causes: Arts & Culture, Theater
Mission: Pink Banana Theatre Co.'s mission is to provide professional and opportunities to emerging artists.
Results: We began in 2004 with a dedication and drive to produce quality theatre using local talent. Since then we have produced four published full-length shows, six one-act productions with all locally written one-acts, and multiple other shows and fundraisers, many in conjunction with other Milwaukee based theatres. We have also achieved 501(c)3 Non-profit status and continue to work towards building our productions to bring affordable theatre that pushes the envelope, provides social commentary, and brings people from all across our community together.
Target demographics: Amateur and pre-professional artists and playwrights looking for opportunities to gain skills and experience within the theatre arts world.
Geographic areas served: Great Milwaukee Metro Area
