Additionally, 61,872 nursing care hours were devoted to accomplishing this program service. 3) independent living - phoebe berks provides comprehensive, independent living services for aging people. The phoebe berks independent living program served 366 individuals for their year ended june 30, 2017. They operated at approximately 91. 50% occupancy. 4) adult day services - phoebe berks provides socialization and stimulation to increase quality of life for people who might otherwise be isolated, lonely, or depressed. There were an average of 62 participants for the fiscal year. 5) outpatient therapy - phoebe berks provides outpatient therapy to its residents who are able to function independently while recuperating. During the fiscal year, 561 residents participated.
