Mission: Our mission is to promote freedom of expression, provide access to communication tools and to foster the use of visual media and technology.
Target demographics: Through community programming, member production services and partnerships with local businesses, PCA promotes diversity and free speech for Petaluma.

Programs: Get your voice heard! PCA members receive access to all the production equipment and services needed to get a show on the air. PCA gives it’s members the opportunity to inform, entertain and have a voice. Unlike broadcast television and commercial cable services that deliver programs to you, public access is programming created by its members. Our facilities include: -iMac editing workstations with Final Cut Pro 5 and X (Ten). -Sony HDV and NX high definition cameras available for checkout -Professional quality sound recorders, shotgun, condensor, and lavalier microphones. -LED and tungsten lighting kits -On-site training and support for PCA equipment and software. -Final Cut Pro X and camera classes -The opportunity to reflect and represent Petaluma as you see it.
