The Pet Foster Network is a truly unique organization in the Triangle. Finding foster arrangements for animals that are pulled from kill shelters is one of the biggest challenges for pet rescue groups.PFN serves pet rescue organizations throughout the area by finding foster homes for animals, allowing local groups to serve many more animals than they normally would without such a resource.
