Mission: The mission of the perimeter transportation and sustainability coalition is to partner with employers, property managers, and commuters in the central perimeter to facilitate quantifiable reductions in local and regional traffic and to promote environmental sustainability through education and investment programs that are focused on identifying and implementing alternative transportation options and green business practices.
Programs: Transport - passthrough activity of marta cards to membership to promote alternative methods of transportation.

The atlanta regional commission has historically been the local contracting agency for these funds.
