Four out of five of our kids have been a part of PYO over the last 8 years. (Our youngest only has about 5 more years until she’s old enough to join!) They have had amazing instructors who taught them not only to love and appreciate music but also taught them life lessons along the way such as hard work, perseverance, kindness, and always trying their best. The instructors and board of directors bend over backwards to keep this amazing program running and creating beautiful music for our town! We are so grateful for this organization and all they have poured into our lives over the years. They have truly given our kids the gift of music!

Mission: The Peninsula Youth Orchestra Association seeks and trains young people to enjoy the many benefits of music-making in the context of a string orchestra. The program balances nurture with rigor and compassion with excellence and is open to all.
