Programs: Penacook place is an independent, non-profit, 160 bed haverhill, ma based nursing home and rehabilitation facility that strives to offer the finest care and best quality of life for its residents. The facility's team of professionals is specially trained to meet the medical, social, phychological, and therapeutic needs of those they serve. Their dedicated caregivers are highly trained, compassinate, and help make penacook place a warm and welcoming facility.
