Mission: Our mission is to take care of our veterans and their families, by providing health, welfare, wellness, educational resources through direct and effective processes. We provide resources for transition, reintegration and therapeutic healing for our military and their families. We are developing our very first center for transitional needs and reintegration. A customized program for military professional development (military family's too) integrating community based programs and engage the member with options for economic stability for transitioning home from their deployment.
Programs: Patriot hills of new york was contacted by a military family to help split the cost of a hot water heater for their family. The total cost was $475. $450 heater and $25 fedex
