Mission: Our mission is to provide compassionate care to families living with illness and loss. We have been serving the Greater Lakewood/Long Beach community for nearly 40 years.
Target demographics: older adults, children, and families
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 950 individual clients, 6000 students, and 57 schools across six school districts
Geographic areas served: the Greater Lakewood/Long Beach are
Programs: Care Navigation for older adults and chronically ill, Hospice Care for clients and their families experiencing a terminal illness, and Bereavement Counseling and Support for children, adults, and families in grief. We do all of this at no cost, eliminating financial barriers for our clients.
