Mission: Pathlight partners with people with disabilities and their families to create opportunities to build relationships throughout their lives.
Programs: Residential support - we provide staff support and assistance withhousing arrangement for individuals with developmentaldisabilities so that they have the opportunity to form meaningfulrelationships and be involved in the community. We serve peoplewith a variety of needs from moderate disabilities to those withcomplex medical and physical needs and severe developmentaldisabilities which require skilled medical care and assistancewith communication and other aspects of daily living.
family based shared living - we provide shared living opportunitiesthat match individuals with developmental disabilities, medicaland personal care needs with families in the community so thatthey can develop and grow in the privacy and dignity of a naturalliving situation and experience the normal activities of familyand community life.
autism connections - we provide support, information and practical help for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families. Our goal is to help families and individuals build on their strengths, work together to create vision for the future and help them grow, be welcomed and fully included members of their communities.
inclusive community center - family empowerment provides information and referral, support groups, training, case management and direct services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Whole children offers programs and classes for children from toddler through teens with a range of abilities. The goal of our programs is to meet each child at their skill level in the most appropriate environment for that child. Milestones offers a full roster of movement, recreation and enrichment programs for adults with disabilities. The goal of our programs is to help each individual with the skills they need to transition to a meaningful and engaged life in the community and to keep them active and learning after they've left school. Volunteer groups provide support, information and referral and activities for children with developmental disabilities and their families.
