Programs: Fiscal support entity services - partners in community supports (pics) serves 1,390 people who are using consumer directed community supports (cdcs). Cdcs is a practice that gives people more involvement and choice in managing their support needs, including hiring and managing caregivers. Pics strives to create responsive and innovative services for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and their families. Addressing unmet needs, anticipating changes and enhancing the service delivery system are all at the heart of our work.
