Mission: The associations purpose is to promote the health, safety and welfare of the community at large
Programs: The associations achievement are to provide for the community much of the citylike amenities such as utilities, recreational, landscaping, pest and mosquito control, lake maintenance and pool maintenance. All of this is to promote the health, safety and welfare of the community at large much like a quasi governmental unit.
