Mission: Establishment of a program of free parent education in which all persons may improve or develop their competence and confidence in caring for children and youths, and community as a whole.
Programs: Parents forum board members and volunteers took part in activities such as literacy events, crime prevention and safety fairs, and conferences on parenting and family life. They also organized book and toy exchanges in local communities to benefit other agencies serving families.
