I am an AoD case manager in Ohio. today I called outcast recovery to inquire about their sober living program in Dayton, Ohio. I am in shock the treatment I received over the phone and after speaking with the man who " has ran the place for 35 years" I would NEVER recommend a client of mine or someone I cared about to this company as they are extremely unprofessional and rude. as a case manager I called to find out more information about this sober living home for a client of mine that is in DESPERATE need of sober living. the only thing the man I spoke with was concerned about was "how is this client going to pay for services" my client currently is looking for a job and taking every step necessary to get sober. the man I spoke with wouldn't even let me speak to inform him of clients status. people like the man I spoke with at outcast sober living today are just making it harder for these people trying to better their lifes. I would never in a million years recommend this sober living house to anyone. and I will be sure to spread word to everyone I know in the AoD community.
