Very professional and knowledgeable organization. Far too many reptiles are purchased impulsively without careful thought, planning or resources. I appreciate the careful screening that goes into their application process to make sure the animals in their care are matched to their best possible homes. Definitely enjoy seeing this group out at the shows.

Badgerland helped me find a family member there very first reptile. They were so helpful in finding the perfect fit, arranging pickup and helping with care info. LOVE the people who work here! they really care about the animals they are wanting to rehome! I also love that they contiously check in on the animals even after they are adopted. We rescued a tegu from badgerland and dont regret it in anyway!
This organization goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible for all animals taken in. They also make sure to properly quarantine every animal. Each adopted animal is placed in a home best suited for it through comprehensive screening which includes pictures of the new home for the animal. It's these kinds of measures that make this organization into one of the best reptile rescues!
