Mission: The ossining childrens center provides care for children in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment while their parents work. Occ creates a foundation for childrens life-long intellectual, social, emotional and physical growth, and serves as a community resource and advocate for families.
Programs: Provides care and education for children in a safe, nurturing and enriching environment while their parents work or attend school full-time. Creates a foundation for children's life-long social, emotional and physical growth and serves as a community resource and advocate for families. The early childhood programs provide a "home away from home" that nurtures each child's unique developmental path during the critical formative years of 8 weeks through age 5. The school-age program provides before and after school care and educational enrichment, as well as a full-time recreational and enrichment during school holidays and vacations, and full day camp program in the summer.
