Mission: To provide housing and supportive services to low and moderate income individuals and families.
Programs: During 2017 we oversaw the $22 million project to renovate triangle terrace apartments, which is co-owned by osh's subsidiary for-profit llc. Osh identified and analyzed several sites in the city of orange that would be suitable for the development of new senior affordable housing pursuant to the reinvestment agreement between osh and the city of orange. Osh met informally with city staff several times to discuss site opportunities. Osh discussed surplus site opportunities with school district staff, and met with and considered retaining a consultant for the pursuit of surplus school district properties.
