The Orange County Theatre Organ Society (OCTOS) is a volunteer group dedicated to the preservation and appreciation of theatre organs, a uniquely American musical instrument. OCTOS volunteers maintain the historic Plummer Auditorium Wurlitzer and present a variety of programs to allow the community to enjoy this magnificent instrument. The organ was installed in 1930 when the auditorium was built and is one of only a handful of Wurlitzers still in its original home. Over 2,600 pipes plus an assortment of real percussion instruments and sound effects give the Wurlitzer its one of a kind sound.
