clinical support - from its founding, the optometric center of new york ("ocny") has always focused on helping underserved men, women and children in the new york city area by supporting vision care clinical programs which serve this special population.
international programs ocny administered a program to expand the colleges role into china by helping to establish a center of excellence in low vision at wenzhou medical college. This will enrich its educational and clinical programs.
