Mission: The mission of the old naval hospital foundation is to establish and operate hill center, a vibrant facility for arts and cultural enrichment, lifelong learning and community life on capitol hill.
Programs: The old naval hospital foundation developed, renovated, and operates hill center, a capitol hill-based center for arts, culture, education, and city life. During 2014, hill center activities included an estimated 375 classes/workshops, 33 public performances (concerts) 43 film screenings, 35 lectures, 8 art exhibitions, 305 rentals of the facility by others. Approximately 50,000 people attended events at hill center in 2014.
