Mission: The purpose of the organization is to allocate government grants to qualified child care providers for the child & adult care food program. Instruct providers on how to meet the usda standards for feeding children in their care, reviewing their compliance with the standards, keeping up to date with the usda cacfp regulations. Programs: The cacfp is an organization designed to promote healthy eating habits for children birth to 13 in child care settings. The cacfp promotes the fns dietary guidelines for young children. We train, monitor for compliance and educate the who participate in this program. The participants receive reimbursement for the healthy foods they prepare and serve to the children in their care. We ensure that the children are receiving the proper nutrition in sufficient amounts for optimal health
