Causes: Food, Meals on Wheels
Mission: Tlc meals on wheels enriches the lives of seniors and others in south metro denver by providing nutritious meals and services that promote dignity, well-being and independence.
Programs: Tlc meals on wheels delivers over 2000 meals weekly to seniors and homebound adults in south metro denver. Services include daily delivery of hot weekday meals, frozen weekend meals, pet food and non-perishable groceries for clients with the most need. In 2016-17 fiscal year 99,847 meals were served to 766 clients 89,326 hot meals and 10,521 frozen meals. The program provides a connection to the community that promotes senior independence and dignity.
