Programs: The northwest ohio human resource association was founded on the principle to promote the enlightened practice of human resources in all companies and is committed to enhance the professional and personal development of individuals engaged in the practice of human resources regardless of race, color, religion, age, national origin, disability, veteran status or sex. Our members are our most valuable assets. They are the key to our success and we recognize the value that a diverse membership contributes to the organization. We recognize the importance of creating and maintaining an environment that encourages participation by members of all ethnicities, genders and backgrounds. Our community and the surrounding areas that are influenced by our organization are an abundant source of human resource professionals of diverse backgrounds, ages and cultural lifestyles. Our organization is dedicated to reflecting the diversity of our community and will be accomplished through the development and continuous evaluation of our goals, education, programs, written and published materials, mentoring, and organizational demographics. Our mission is to maintain an organization that is open to human resource professionals of all backgrounds while maintaining the highest standards of the human resources profession through communication, respect, and quality membership.
