Mission: Eri will be a resource to the nw food processing industry by providing education, scholarships and research through fundraising activities and volunteerism, which continuously improve the exchange of knowledge between members and promotes sustainability.
Programs: Conduct services, projects and programs, including training, conferences, symposia, expositions, web portals, pilot projects and other gatherings or activities to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge and to provide opportunities for people in the industry to share ideas, innovations and experience. Projects that work to improve innovation capacity and help to retain and create jobs in the industry cluster. Initiatives that address the challenge of global competition by supporting a model of common development, integrating leadership, and innovation to the benefit of the regional economy.
