education and youth empowerment: annual scholarship awards provides first year college funds to northern virginia africa-american high school seniors. Digital connector program educates youth in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (stem). Stem provides training in leadership skills, financial literacy, computer hardware and software, website design, video editing and production.
