Programs: Assisted northeastern mental health center (the center) in maintaining the mental health of residents of northeast south dakota. The foundation has a note receivable from the center to assist with acquisition of a new electronic medical records system. In fy2015, the foundation committed to provide funding for siding and window upgrades for the center's almost home properties. As of june 30, 2015, those upgrades were in the process of being completed and $23,059 had been incurred by the center but not yet been paid by the foundation.
