Mission: To raise the quality of life for the disadvantaged by reducing their energy costs through the installation of energy efficient measures, education on energy conservation and assistance in payment of utility bills.
Programs: 2017 liheap weatherization assist low income households with home weatherization. The program is available in lake, mendocino, napa, solano, sonoma and yolo counties. We assisted 820 households and expenditures of approx. $1,449,771.
2017 liheap wpo/ehcs assist in payment of utility bills including propane and oil, and replacing old unsafe heaters with new safe and efficient heaters. Replace old nonworking air conditioners. Program is available in lake, mendocino, napa, solano, sonoma and yolo counties. We assisted approximately 8324 households and expenditures of $1,372,606. 44.
