Mission: North coast community homes develops and maintains safe, comfortable and affordable housing of high quality in northeast ohio for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness and other disabilities.
Programs: Ncch opened two new cuyahoga county homes in 2014, both for 3 people with developmental disabilities. Ncch now owns 186 properties and provides property management services for 37 properties owned by others, providing safe, comfortable, and affordable housing for 897 people with disabilities in ohio.
