communications: the communications team at noi works to advance the practice of organizing by integrating campaigns with sound online strategy. We live at the cutting edge of new technology, but only to the extent that it can be used to deliver real change. There is no such thing as "online organizing" or "offline organizing;" there is only effective organizing.
training department: the training tream works withleadership teams to build campaigns that can win real change. We help campaigns turn colunteers into leaders.
other programs: these activities involve providing data and training resources for community members to learn coding; immigration reform activities and youth engagement.
