Will lease the city-owned building, reconstructing and redeveloping the deteriorated building and cleaning up the surrounding designated brownfield site. The moran plant will be part of the "waterfront access north. " in 2016, the organization continued the construction design process, initiatied and continued the silent phase of a capital campaign, and continued a public relations project to promote the project.
