Mission: The purpose of the new frankln community association is to foster goodwill within the new franklin community.
Programs: Provide services and assistance to those in need within the new franklin community, to benefit the community by providing athletic and recreational opportunities for children and adults, to provide buildings and services for meetings and generally do all and any project which may be keeping in the spirit of benefitting the new franklin community area.
