Mission: New foundations nonviolence center is a colorado based not-for-profit corporation dedicated to empowering people within the criminal justice system in colorado to make positive life changes for the betterment of themselves, their families and the community at large.
Programs: New foundations provided 24 alternatives to violence project (avp) workshops to over 360 inmates in 6 colorado prisons. Our workshops helped inmates to change strong feelings such as anger and fear and to build better relationships.
