Mission: NBES helps rescue starved, abused and slaughter horses. To help heal, rehabilitate and retrain horses that can be adopted out to loving homes and provide a permanent home for those that are disabled. New Beginning horses are guaranteed a loving home for the rest of their lives. All adoptee applicants are screened and periodic follow up visits are made to assure each horse is always in a loving environment. New Beginning horses can never be sold.
