Mission: New Age Housing Assistance Foundation, founded in 2000, created for the need to provide low income individuals and families with safe, energy efficient, and well maintained homes at a cost far less than renting or obtaining a minimum down payment mortgage, while still providing homes in selected geographical areas that may allow for better job opportunities. New Age Housing Assistance Foundation is comprised entirely of volunteers, including the founder, that assist in the rehabilitation of these homes to create and keep well maintained housing. Additionally, a great deal of NewAge efforts is directed at educating the low income families of budget management and the benefits of owning a home which is a dream they may soon accomplish.
